We’ve said it here before many times: Don’t take nude photos of yourself if you don’t want people to see them.

An Arkansas couple is learning this lesson the hard way.  The husband Phillip Sherman stopped at a McDonalds for a burger fix and accidentally left his cell phone in the restaurant.  Unfortunately, the phone had nude photos of his wife Tina.

When Sherman discovered his mistake, he immediately called the restaurant, and employees there assured him they’d keep his phone safe.  Yet the photos — along with Sherman’s name, phone number and address — made their way to the Internet.

Now Sherman is suing McDonald’s for $3 million.  He claims they had to move to a new house to get away from his wife’s stalkers.  Although this is an unfortunate incident for the couple, $3 million is not a bad payday for a few nude photos of the wife.

A 54-year-old male dancer in Ohio has sued the entertainment company he works for because it won’t assign him more jobs after he complained of being sexually harassed by customers.  David Mann sued Naughty Bodies on May 5.

Mann started working as a dancer/performer in December.  When he pulled up to the client’s house on his very first job, a man wearing only a robe got into his car and asked Mann to have sex with him.  When Mann refused, the customer asked him to go in the house and have sex with his wife, which Mann also refused.  At his second job, Mann was again propositioned by a male customer.  This time when Mann refused, the client became angry and demanded a refund. 

Mann reported the incidents to Naughty Bodies and asked for advice on how to handle these situations.  He also asked if he could accompany a female dancer to see how she handled sexual solicitations.  In his lawsuit, Mann claims that Naughty Bodies told him that dancers are required to have sex with clients.  Yet the company handbook states that "no one is required to nor expected to have any type of sexual encounters with our customers" and that it was grounds for being fired.  Mann says, "They simply ‘blackball’ dancers who do not want to have sexual contact with client."

A judge denied a request by Naughty Bodies to dismiss the lawsuit on the grounds that Mann was an independent contractor and not an employee.  The case goes to trial Sept. 25.

A former second-grade teacher in Connecticut is suing local school officials and her union.  Marie Jarry resigned after appearing in a bikini and talking about her sex life on the "Howard Stern Show."  The couple won $5,000 in the show’s "Ugliest Dude, Hottest Wife" contest.

Jarry claims the school forced her to resign because she took a paid sick day to appear on the show.  Her lawsuit demands reinstatement and back pay.

Three inhabitants of the Greek island of Lesbos have filed a lawsuit against a gay rights group for calling themselves “lesbians.” Lesbos is a small island in the Aegean Sea and home of the ancient poet Sappho, who lived there in the 6th century B.C. and whose poems contain passionate references about love for other women.

The plaintiffs have asked a Greek court to draw a legal line between gay women and the Lesbos natives. They claim the Homosexual and Lesbian Community of Greece “insults the identity” of the people of Lesbos, who are also known as Lesbians.

“My sister can’t say she is a Lesbian,” said Dimitris Lambrou. “Our geographical designation has been usurped by certain ladies who have no connection whatsoever with Lesbos. This is not an aggressive act against gay women,” Lambrou said. “Let them visit Lesbos and get married and whatever they like. We just want (the group) to remove the word lesbian from their title.” Lambrou said the word lesbian has only been linked with gay women in the past few decades. “But we have been Lesbians for thousands of years.”

A spokeswoman for the (lower-case L) lesbian defendants said the (upper-case L) Lesbian action was “a joke in bad taste that borders on discrimination.”
