Australian gynecologists have blacklisted cosmetic surgery to improve the vagina.  The doctors claim that too many women are injured by the dangerous procedures.  Problems include scarring, infections and altered sexual sensations.  Some patients required reconstructive surgery to undo the damage.

Labioplasty, which changes the external appearance of the vagina usually by reducing the size of the labia or lips, is the most common vagina cosmetic surgery.  Less common is surgery to narrow the vagina or improve sensitivity of the G-spot.  Most of the operations cost at least $10,000.

Dr. Ted Weaver, chairman of the health committee at the New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, issued a statement on designer vaginas, calling them dangerous, expensive and unwarranted.  “We feel these operations might prey on people with insecurities and fears who actually need psychological help,” Weaver said.  “They are also not very anatomically-based and have the potential to cause serious harm.”

Doctors are concerned that women don’t realize there is a huge variation in the appearance of women’s genitalia.  “In one case we heard of a man bringing in a Brazilian pornographic photo and saying: ‘Make my girlfriend look like this’,” Dr Weaver said.  Just like hair color, breast size and booty shape, vagina size and shape varies widely among women.

Vandalism and graffiti are the most common threats to the graves and memorials on World War I battlefields of northern France.  Now officials are fighting a new threat: porn.

Exhibitionists are increasingly using the magnificent structures to film porn videos and photo sessions.  In the latest incident, a French couple was given a four-month suspended prison sentence for making a porn video at the Vimy Ridge memorial near Arras.  The judge found them guilty of exhibitionism and fined them £400 each.

The judge also ordered the couple to pay a symbolic one Euro in damages to Canada, which lost 60,000 men in World War I.  Many of the Canadians perished in April 1917 in the Battle of Vimy Ridge, which this memorial honors.  A half million tourists visit the memorial each year.

The couple stripped naked and had sex beside the soaring stone structure.  Then of course they posted the video on their website and charged people to watch it.

Local police say similar incidents are a regular occurrence at other memorial and military graveyards.  "It is a problem which appears to be getting worse - people appear to get a perverse pleasure out of this behavior," said a police spokesman in Arras.

Police say two officers who responded to complaints about a wild party in Germany were mistaken for male strippers by the female guests. 

Neighbors called police around 1 a.m. to complain about noise from a birthday party in their building.  When the officers arrived to investigate, party-goers responded with a round of applause.  A police spokesman said, "They thought the policemen were dressed like that because they were strippers. It took them a while to realize they were real police officers."

The women had not ordered strippers, but they thought someone had sent them as a surprise for the guest-of-honor, who was celebrating her 30th birthday.  Nobody was arrested, though one cop reported finding a few dollar bills stuffed down his pants.

Beer Pong is a drinking game in which players throw a ping pong ball across a table to land the ball in one of several cups of beer on the other end.  The game typically consists of two 2-player teams, facing opposite each other across a table, and 6 or 10 plastic cups arranged in a triangle in front of each team.  When a ball lands in a cup, the defending team must consume the beer inside that cup.  The game is won by eliminating all of the other team’s cups before they eliminate your cups.  The losing team must then consume all of the beer remaining in the winning team’s cups.  There are no official rules, so rules can vary widely.  Beer pong is popular at parties, colleges, and tailgating at sporting events.

A new report today from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in Atlanta reports that HSV-1, the virus that causes cold sores, is on the rise for beer pong players aged 17-21.  The huge jump (up 230% from 2007) is raising concern with disease officials, teachers and parents.

"This epidemic is something we should pay close attention to. We’re aware that we cannot outright prevent [beer pong], so we have provided new red cups available to all students in the dorms," said President of Arizona State University, Michael M. Crow.

There’s an obvious solution to this problem, as noted by one of the readers at Current.com:  "This is why I stick to my favorite drinking game.  It’s called, "Drinking," and in it, you get a drink, preferably one with an obscene amount of alcohol in it, then you drink it as fast as you can.  Once the drink is empty you get another one and repeat. It’s really fun, and I always win!"

Mattel’s new "Black Canary Barbie" is is based on a DC comic superhero of the same name.  The doll comes dressed in kinky fishnets, a motorcycle jacket, black gloves and high boots.

But parents think her S&M look is "filth."  The Christian Voice religious group said, "Barbie has always been on the tarty side and this is taking it too far. A children’s doll in sexually suggestive clothing is irresponsible — it’s filth."

Remember, this is the same doll that if it were a real woman, she would be over 7 feet tall and have the measurements 39-18-33.  So it’s probably appropriate that Mattel finally dresses her like the tart that she is.

Now here’s a product that has set the feminist movement back 20 years.  The "BitchCruiser Bike" is a custom bicycle that allows you to ride a plastic woman doggie-style.  The woman is fully detailed except for her backside, so that you can imprint your own custom tramp stamp.  The bike was recently for sale on eBay for a high bid of $2300.

The problem with a bike like this is that the only female ass you’re likely to get while riding it is the plastic fake ass you are sitting on.

A 54-year-old male dancer in Ohio has sued the entertainment company he works for because it won’t assign him more jobs after he complained of being sexually harassed by customers.  David Mann sued Naughty Bodies on May 5.

Mann started working as a dancer/performer in December.  When he pulled up to the client’s house on his very first job, a man wearing only a robe got into his car and asked Mann to have sex with him.  When Mann refused, the customer asked him to go in the house and have sex with his wife, which Mann also refused.  At his second job, Mann was again propositioned by a male customer.  This time when Mann refused, the client became angry and demanded a refund. 

Mann reported the incidents to Naughty Bodies and asked for advice on how to handle these situations.  He also asked if he could accompany a female dancer to see how she handled sexual solicitations.  In his lawsuit, Mann claims that Naughty Bodies told him that dancers are required to have sex with clients.  Yet the company handbook states that "no one is required to nor expected to have any type of sexual encounters with our customers" and that it was grounds for being fired.  Mann says, "They simply ‘blackball’ dancers who do not want to have sexual contact with client."

A judge denied a request by Naughty Bodies to dismiss the lawsuit on the grounds that Mann was an independent contractor and not an employee.  The case goes to trial Sept. 25.

Miss Washington Elyse Umemoto apologized for embarrassing photos of her made public by TMZ.  In a press conference, Umemoto claims the pictures were stolen and police have been contacted, though Seattle police have no knowledge of this incident. 

Umemoto says the pictures were taken in a private setting before she was Miss Washington.  The photos show her flipping off the camera while wearing a crown, playing a drinking game, and making suggestive hand signs.  Umemoto was second runner-up in the Miss America Pageant.

In a lengthy, philosophical statement, Miss Washington Scholarship Organization’s field director Mike Miller says Umemoto will not be disciplined for the photos.  Umemoto will keep her crown for the rest of her term, which ends Saturday night when she crowns her successor.

A British woman is facing six years in a Dubai jail after police arrested her for having sex on a beach.  Michelle Palmer, 30, a publishing firm manager, says she is "panicking" after being arrested and charged with having sex outside marriage, indecent public behavior, public drunkenness and assaulting a police officer.  Palmer faces a sentence of between three months and six years in jail in the state, one of seven that makes up the oil-rich United Arab Emirates.  Her male partner faces a similar sentence.

"Because this is known everywhere they’re going to make an example of us and we’re going to get a higher sentence," Palmer said.  "We are in so much trouble and my family and everybody are affected.  Until someone is in this situation they could never know what it’s like.  It’s bad — it’s so, so bad.  I’m panicking. I can’t say anything else."

With its warm weather, beautiful beaches, luxury hotels and incredible modern architecture, Dubai has become a popular tourist destination.  In 2006, more than a million British visited the UAE, and more than 100,000 British nationals live there. 

But for all its hospitality, UAE has a dark side that reflects the broader clash between civilizations.  In Dubai, many freedoms that Westerners take for granted are illegal and harshly punished: public displays of affection, sex outside marriage, cohabitation, adultery and homosexuality.  Recently British tourist Keith Brown was sentenced to four years in prison after Dubai customs officers found a 0.003g trace of marijuana stuck to the bottom of his shoe.  Yes, simply walking through the Dubai airport can land you in prison.  Tourists beware!
