For example, Pretty Woman was originally supposed to be a rough tale of a Hollywood hooker.  Instead, thanks to the charm of sitcom master Garry Marshall and the megawatt smile of Julia Roberts, the film became a Cinderella tale of life on the streets.  Now prostitutes everywhere dream of being swept away by a handsome billionaire tycoon like Richard Gere.  Because we know that happens every day!

We’ve all heard of the G-spot, but what about the A-spot?  Turns out that both men & women have an A-spot, but they’re not in the same, um, spot.

Researchers at the University of Albany found that nearly 2/3 of people who were were attracted to someone totally lost interest the moment they had that first kiss.  This is because a kiss is not just a kiss; biologically speaking, a kiss is an exchange of chemical, tactile, and bodily cues.  Regions of our brains go crazy when we get a good kiss, given that much of our brain is wired to pick up information from our mouths.

Evolutionary psychologists have also speculated that we determine reproduction and genetic compatibility from a kiss.  Saliva also contains testosterone, a sex hormone that affects libido.  Researchers at Lafayette College in Pennsylvania also found that kissing provides stress relief by reducing levels of the stress hormone cortisol.  In the long-term, kissing maintains the bond lovers feel for one another.

As you would expect, men and women approach kissing differently.  Men are more likely to kiss as a means to an end, i.e., to get sex.  Men are also more able to enjoy sex that involves bad or no kissing.  Men also swap more spit than women and prefer open-mouth and tongue kissing.  Researchers speculate this may be because the male sense of taste and smell are less acute than females.

Whereas women are more likely to use kissing as a way to establish and evaluate their relationship, reject bad kissers, and require kissing before, during and after sex.

With such importance placed on the kiss, it’s odd that most sex education bypasses the lips and heads straight for the genitals.  Fortunately, kissing is fun and easy with a willing partner, so you are encouraged to practice kissing every day.

A “tramp stamp,” for all of you over 30, is a large tattoo on a woman’s lower back.  There is an urban myth that a tramp stamp indicates the woman is promiscuous and/or enjoys anal sex.  After all, a tramp stamp is best viewed by a partner during doggie-style intercourse.

But not everyone shares this view, especially some women that own a tramp stamp.  “Frankly, if we knew that would be the assumption, we wouldn’t have gotten them,” says one woman on the Snopes message board.  “The reason so many girls get tattoos on their lower backs is because it’s easily hidden in formal situations, and it will not stretch when you gain weight–with pregnancy, for instance.  A tattoo on your legs or shoulder is impossible to hide in most formal dresses, and a tattoo on your stomach or breasts is going to stretch and look really bad when you are old.”

When is a kiss not just a kiss? When it’s two women kissing at a baseball game, according to Safeco Field authorities.

An usher approached Sirbrina Guerrero and her date in the third inning of a Seattle Mariners game and asked them to stop kissing because it was making another fan uncomfortable. The usher told them he had received a complaint from a woman nearby who said there were kids in the crowd and parents would have to explain why two women were kissing.

The incident has exploded on local TV, talk radio and online, launching a debate over public displays of affection in gay-friendly Seattle. “I was really just shocked,” Guerrero said. “Seattle is so gay-friendly. There was a couple like seven rows ahead making out. We were just showing affection.”

After an investigation the Mariners said their staff had acted appropriately. The ushers stopped the women because they were “making out” and “groping,” not because they were both women. “We have a strict nondiscrimination policy at the Seattle Mariners and at Safeco Field, and when we do enforce the code of conduct it is based on behavior, not on the identity of those involved,” a Mariners spokeswoman said. “The women refused to modify their behavior, began swearing at the seating hosts and complained that they were being singled out for their sexual orientation.”

Guerrero denied she and her date were groping each other, saying that along with eating garlic fries, they were giving each other brief kisses. Now that’s love: kissing someone while eating garlic fries.

Brooks says her lifestyle as an escort suited her perfectly.  “How did I feel working as an escort?  Happy, satisfied, in control of my life; wealthy, healthy, at peace with myself, free, successful and I slept like a baby every night.”

Talk about embarrassing!  Seven middle-aged Spanish mothers posed for an “erotic” calendar as a fundraiser for their children’s tiny, rural school.  But due to a mixup with the distributor, the women missed the Christmas shopping rush and are now saddled with 5,000 unwanted calendars and a pile of debt.

The women acknowledge being amateurs in publishing and advertising.  Because they were unable to sell the calendars before the new year began, sales have dried up, and the women now owe the printer nearly $16,000.

“The sad part for us is figuring out what to do with them because it is not something you can recycle,” said Rosa Garin, 36, one of the MILF models.

One of the photos shows the mothers discreetly hidden behind a large red umbrella.  Other goofy poses include a shotgun-toting mom wearing only a fox pelt kneeling on a table.  Though suggestive, none of the pictures reveal any private parts.
